The Basics launch team has selected the name for the community’s Basics network. ‘The Basics of Greater Elgin’ was chosen from a list of 15 potential names. Family Ready for Kindergarten
EPEL met the Avina family in the neighborhood at Learning On the Go early learning engagement opportunities three summers ago.
